The team At Nautilus Construction literally brought our new home dreams to life!! Early on, owner Chris Legare worked with us on scope of project and options to consider that we never would have thought of. He was very responsive and patient throughout the development/design/pricing process and kept his promise on when we would be able to break ground and, more importantly, how long the process would take. As the building began, we worked with Nick, Josh, Rick (and his faithful four legged friend "Jack"), Henry and Danielle, all of whom were incredibly dedicated to our project. We felt like we had our own personal team and never hesitated to reach out with questions. Throughout the build, our "team" was always present on-site and guided us through build process and options to consider, always being mindful of the budget we had set. They kept the pace of the build on target and each time we visited the site, it was neat and orderly. Being from out of state, we were not able to be present for every decision that needed to be made but the team made every effort to work around our schedules (often times off-hours) to connect with us and walk us through the best option. The build quality has exceeded our expectations and, most importantly, the entire team has been available after we closed to quickly take care of small "punch list" items. We are absolutely thrilled with the Nautilus team and are planning to complete some unfinished space over our garage soon. We will look no further and definitely reach out to Nautilus! Building a new home can be stressful and exhausting, particularly when living and working full time in another state. Nautilus was completely trustworthy, knowledgeable, friendly and responsive throughout the entire process. Highly recommended!!

We hired Nautilus for an addition/renovation of our home. Working with Mark, Chris, and team on the ~10 month project was fantastic. They were highly communicative and did excellent work across the board.

We recently finished an approximately 6+ month remodel of our whole house with Nautilus and had a great experience working with Chris and his team, and we are extremely happy with the finished product. When unexpected issues arose, Chris was easy to talk to and solution-oriented. He would come to our meetings with a detailed breakdown of options and remedies, and was great at explaining what was going on, while also listening to our concerns. We also thought all of his sub-contractors were truly great! They use a project-tracking program that the client can log into, which was super helpful to keep track of budgeting and the timeline of the overall project, and who was doing what. Chris and his team were always very level headed throughout the project, and every step of the way, we felt that we were in good hands. We would highly recommend working with Nautilus!!

Last summer we finally tackled a backyard project with the help of Nautilus Construction. New deck, raised yard area, walled gardens & stone firepit area all came together with a great group of personnel that were friendly and easy to work with, and executed exactly what we wanted. We love the versatile and comfortable space and use it every day! Highly recommend Nautilus for professionalism, great people and quality execution.
