Sparrow Remodeling does bathrooms, basements, decks and porches, and it holds a 5-star Google rating from 41 ratings. The company lists home and kitchen remodels, additions, basement renovations, exterior decks, ADU builds and heat pump installation among its services, names a service area that includes Portland, South Portland, Westbrook, Scarborough and Falmouth, and says it has been in business seven years. One recent customer said the crew turned a basement from unused storage space into a bright kid play space, with the total cost as estimated and the timeline faster than estimated. A customer whose bathroom tile job by a different contractor had to be completely torn out said Curt fit them in at the busiest time of year, and Curt and his crew did a bathroom remodel and a front porch. On a full deck replacement and expansion with a custom overhang off a carport, a customer said Curt helped guide them through permitting hurdles, accommodated a design change and let them trade unused materials for some railing replacement. A customer who had a daughter's bathroom rehabbed called Curt and his team clean, polite and fairly priced. A recent bathroom-remodel customer said they handled adjustments and changes along the way and worked with them to reach the finished look they wanted.
