These guys did an amazing job! Jim and Artom were very involved and helpful throughout the process with any questions or requests. The crew was super responsive with any requests as well and worked with efficiency and precision. The siding, window frames, roof trimming exterior insulation were all redone and im left with an almost brand new looking home. Financing was very easy and affordable with good terms as well! We’re very satisfied with the replacement of all 18 of our house’s windows. The NE Home Improvement team takes tremendous pride in their work and is genuinely dedicated to customer satisfaction. Everyone was professional, attentive, and committed to making sure we were happy with the finished product. Mike in particular was wonderful about addressing any concerns I had with the caulking and making sure everything was taken care of properly. We highly recommend this company!
WoW!! From start to finish these guys did a top notch job. Max is so polite and very professional, Mike and Pete were a phenomenal duo. They had the old windows out and the new windows in lickity split. Not only did they work together as an amazing team, they too were polite and wonderful and quite honestly, I hated to see them leave. They were so kind to my son, they were very respectful to the inside of the house, no broken trim or anything, they cleaned everything up - not leaving a trace. They took out and put back the air conditioners. I can’t say enough great things about these three gentleman!!! Mike even did a little quick fix to our screen door - I mean, I couldn’t ask for better. I’m starting to ramble so all in all - 10/5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💫✨ Highly recommend!!
Very happy with the look of the windows and the crew was very professional on the installation. Also the guys did a very nice job on the end clean up . Would recommend them to my friends. Thank you !
