Neal Pest Control is a Plymouth, Massachusetts pest company with an unusually deep and clean record: a 5.0 average across 73 Google ratings, 54 written reviews stretching back to 2018, and — as recently as this June — the same pattern still holding: a mouse problem traced to a bulkhead entry point, sealed, and confirmed gone on a follow-up visit. What sets the reviews apart isn't just the volume, it's how often people describe the company showing up fast for something urgent. In a 2024 review, a homeowner called about a large hornets' nest around 11am and had it removed by 3pm the same day. Another 2024 review describes the owner, Jeff, personally coming out the day after a customer found a sizable yellow jacket nest in their basement, explaining the removal process and pricing it reasonably. A 2025 review describes the company coming back at no charge when pests reappeared between scheduled visits — a detail that shows up more than once across the record. Reviewers also consistently point to the little things: a 2024 review describes a technician pausing to let a customer's dog out before starting a two-hour-wait spray treatment; a 2025 review mentions receiving a written report of exactly what was done, plus an unrequested extra yellow jacket nest the technician spotted and removed elsewhere on the property; a 2025 review notes the company uses ecologically-conscious products and doesn't over-apply. Names recur across years — Jeff (the owner), Tim, Keith, and Kate in the office — suggesting a small, stable team rather than rotating contractors. Recent reviews from this year describe the same experience: prompt scheduling, technicians who explain what they're doing, and — in one case — a same-week response even when the first available appointment wasn't immediate, because Jeff kept in touch overnight and lined up help by early the next morning. There's genuinely little to flag. Across 54 reviews and six years, nothing resembling a real complaint turns up, and the most recent stretch (nine reviews in the last six months) is unanimously positive. For a homeowner: this reads as a strong fit for both routine preventative pest control (quarterly-style visits for mice, ants and general insects) and urgent nest removal (hornets, wasps, yellow jackets), for residential and small commercial customers alike. Worth confirming pricing for the specific service — routine plan vs. one-off nest removal — since reviews describe both.

Neal Pest control did a great job helping me figure out how mice were getting into my house (via the bulkhead) and sealing that off and any other ways they could get into kitchen from the basement. He returned to check out the bait traps. No new mice! Problem solved. Keith was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Thank u!
