Seth came out initially and quickly confirmed our problem after we saw droppings in the attic. After 18 years in the house with only 1 minor mice issue we now had bats. Everything was explained extremely well in terms of the process as well as the legal limitations as bats are protected in the state. Once they arrived they were extremely efficient at identifying the entry and egress locations and had the exit doors rigged for one way only in a matter of a couple hours. They include a follow up towards the end of the season to ensure the process is complete and warranty their work. Based on similar cases I have heard from friends in other locales and the prices they were charged to remediate the issue I feel the price was very reasonable. If you have bats, rats, mice, or bigger vermin in your house I would recommend them.
