I paid an outrageous amount for what was supposed to be a deep cleaning of my house. They did a regular cleaning of house I PAID FOR DEEP CLEAN windows sills not cleaned, fridge wasn't touched, curio cabinet wasn't done, walls weren't even dusted nevermind washed, not even coffee pot was cleaned. $600. for something I could have had my grandchildren do. Very unhappy and feel used. You should be ashamed of yourself. My house is 15,000 feet big so it isn't like it was too large/overwhelming. My first time hiring someone to do this for me. I am disabled and thought it would be great to have a nice clean house. Sandra auto be ashamed of herself.

Sandra and her crew did an excellent job. She came on Saturday and looked at everything and gave an estimate. She and her crew came the next day and cleaned everything just as she had said. They stayed within their estimated price. I would definitely recommend New England Cleaning, LLC to my friends and family and anyone else who wants a thorough cleaning from an amazing and honest company.

Dealing with the owner was great, however the work done was not. She had three people helping her and our home is only 1,316 square feet so a thorough job should have been done. They did not have any furniture in the house to deal with as it was completely empty. They did not touch the bathroom shelves or cabinets (inside or out) in the upstairs bathroom nor did they clean the kitchen cabinets well. I had to scrub everything clean before I put anything in the cabinets. It was disappointing after paying as much as I did.

I chose New England Cleaning LLC because of the straight A (excellent) reviews (except for the one B but Sandra later resolved the issue). Sandra (who owns the business) has 2 important attributes. Responsible communication and trustworthiness. Sandra responded on a timely basis each time and she / co-cleaners arrived on time. From my experience, Sandra was excellent with communicating if something did not take place on time or if she was unable to make an appt. She listens to what your needs are and will accommodate as much as possible. They do not peek into drawers or touch things that they shouldn't. The cleaners focus on their tasks at hand and do the best they can. Excellent work done for both deep-cleaning and monthly cleaning. Reasonable cost as well. I am now using them monthly. Thank you.

Sandra and her team are terrific! We have been customers for over 10 years and she has stayed with us through 4 homes. Very dependable, great attention to detail and very trustworthy. We highly recommend Sandra.
