New England Decon

I have a severe and unfortunate allergy to rodents, to the point where I carry an epi pen. This company has made it possible for me to live in an old family seasonal home that was previously infested with mice, where I’ve gone into anaphylaxis before due to rodent activity. I’ve not been able to return to this house for over a decade, until I discovered New England Decon. I am so incredibly grateful for this company and team, for their hard work and dedication. Jamie and Pat were literal life savers for me, restoring my family home to what it used to be, and completely remediated it. I no longer have throat swelling or hives when I step into the home. I can't say enough good things about this company. I came back from a week away to find the house overrun by mice. I called them and they were quick to respond and came out the following week to remediate all the mice droppings and cleaned every nook and cranny. It was like walking into a new house! They were very nice to talk to and easy to coordinate with, worth every penny!

We had New England Decon clean and sanitize our basement before refinishing it for a playroom. There were lots of spiders and cobwebs as well as evidence of former rodents in tight spaces above framing and between appliances. The team came, were warm and friendly to our kids, easy to talk to, and professional. The basement was WELL vacuumed with a HEPA filter and fully sanitized with a fogger. We are SO happy with the hard work and results of New England Decon and we feel comfortable taking the next steps to prep our basement for finishing! Highly recommend!

We recently moved into a new house and hired New England Decon shortly after noticing old rodent droppings in the control room in the basement, embedded within the wool insulation. We also wondered if there might be a dead mouse as well. They arrived exactly when they said they would, removed the old insulation, and thoroughly cleaned the area. They also found a dead mouse and removed it. They were very professional, kind, and a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend their services.
