Contacted the office and Kathy was truthful - it might take a while to get a response (that happens out here in the Berkshires). Todd called me and came out within a reasonable time period - and the estimate was competitive. I was in no hurry to get the job done, so he scheduled me appropriately. The guys came out last week, in rainy, crappy weather - and completed the job with great results! They were kind and courteous and left no trace of my old, beat up fence. Cleaned up the area and left a great fence behind. There was a bit of a gap where another fence abutted - but Brian came back and remedied it that day. This is a solid company that delivers as promised.

He took the time, and multiple visits to make sure we had the right decision. When it came time to get the job done it was done quickly, and accurately with no issues and no mess left behind. New England Fence Company should be voted best in the Berkshires! He has done work for me in the past building an amazing dog enclosure fence in my backyard. His attention to detail is amazing. What I always look for in quality is finish work, and apparently New England Fence knows exactly how to do that! I highly recommend them!

I contacted New England Fence for a estimate for a good sized job in fencing in 2 retention ponds that are owned by a home owners association that I am representing. First it took a while to get a appointment to have the area investigated and measured. It took a couple of calls and emails to get a response which took over 2 weeks for a answer. Update : This company reached out to me concerning my review and wants me to basically pull the review down WHICH I WILL NOT DO! My review is accurate and the truth, and futher more I will not be bullied and if you want to take it a step further you know where I live and we can discuss it from there.
