We couldn't be happier with our new patio and the entire experience working with New England Scapes & Ted. From the very beginning, he was professional, responsive, and clearly took pride in his work. His team was was extremely knowledgable and hard working. What impressed us most was how much he went above and beyond throughout the project. He paid close attention to every detail, offered helpful suggestions, and treated our property as if it were his own. It was obvious that his goal wasn't just to complete the job, but to make sure we were truly happy with the final result. The craftsmanship is outstanding, and the patio came out absolutely beautiful. It has completely transformed our outdoor space and exceeded our expectations in every way. The finished product is both functional and visually stunning, and we've already received compliments from family and friends. His communication was exceptional and we were kept up to date on the progress daily. Ted and his crew were an instrumental help with our property. We purchased a house and there were over 15 trees exceeding 100ft tall within 30 feet of the foundation. Too close for comfort. Ted’s crew came and removed these trees with a crane. They also spread mulch throughout the property. We further hired them to do additional property cleanup. Phase 1 complete. Ted is exceptionally thoughtful, honest, and great to work with. His team took exceptional care of our property. We will be hiring Ted and team again once the ground thaws to do additional tree and landscaping work. Could not recommend this company more.

Ted Sawyer and his team including Dave, and Jairo went above and beyond on the landscaping job they did for me in my new backyard in Worcester, MA. Dave worked tirelessly digging out and leveling the pool site all by hand as there is no driveway and no access to heavy machinery and never once complained. They also completely removed 7 trees around the 2 sides of the yard to allow more sunlight for my Gibraltar Pool, added a new drainage system, built a wall behind the pool to prevent future root damage to the pool from other nearby trees and built a sturdy extra-wide stairway up to my new pool with a railing and nice solar powered lights along the stairs and added some colored Christmas lights behind my hot tub. They also built a nice white cobblestone wall at the bottom of the hill near my hot tub to prevent a potential mudslide. They were friendly and amiable and I couldn't have picked a better, more caring group of guys to transform my once ugly mess of a hilly backyard into a retirement backyard retreat. Thank you New England Scapes for making the impossible a reality !

I initially called New England Scapes when we were looking for some repair work on our old patio. The owner Ted paid me a visit and provided a detailed estimate on the spot. My wife & I quickly realized that Ted really knew what he was doing, and we decided to put the money we would have paid for a repair into a complete patio replacement. Ted was incredibly helpful with every detail. He brought samples of the stones we picked out from the catalog so we could see what it looked like next to our pool. He got us scheduled and when the work began, Ted and his crew worked continuously to get it finished (no stops and starts, no dividing time between multiple jobs). They were all very friendly and knowledgeable, and they consulted us on details to be sure we would be happy with the results. They even re-assembled our pool fence at the end of each day so we could safely let our dogs outside. We couldn’t be happier with our new patio! Every time we use it, my wife & I comment on how pleased we are with our decision to do the full replacement. Giving New England Scapes a 5-star review was a no-brainer for me.

We had several huge trees removed and they did a great job. Got us in quickly and gave us a good price. We would definitely use them again
