Their are no words for how sketchy this conversation went about snow removal

The owner of this company is the rudest person I have ever talked to and unprofessional, rude, lack of mannerism, told me to not call back after asking for a quote to plow my driveway because I told him it was a lot. He quoted me 300 for a simple plow and made an excuse for “salt” was able to get the same service for not that much with another service company, stay far away from this man, and his lack of mannerism.

The patio they designed and installed for us is beyond stunning. The mix of textures and materials was perfectly chosen to match our home. It’s now our favorite spot to relax and entertain guests.

The "owner" or whomever(Pereira Aurela) came to my house 1hr and 15mins late, no call to say he was coming late, I had to call him. Gave me an estimate for services. I asked when would the services(mow my lawn) would start, he stated Wednesday's. I specifically asked if that meant tomorrow, he said yes.Today's Wednesday, no call no show. I called him at 7pm and asked where they were he stated that they would come tomorrow. I asked why no call to let me know they wouldn't be coming. He said "why does it matter, it's grass" then decided to tell me my business isn't needed and he wouldn't be servicing my home. I stated I would be leaving a review of this conversation and that he was being listened to by 2 other family members and said he didnt care and he has "thousands of good reviews". After a few wonderful words between us. He called to threaten me about meeting me face to face......who in their right mind who runs or works for a business calls and threatens a potential customer?!?!? Needless to say, terrible experience and even more, what a terrible owner or boss. Goodluck to anyone who uses this wonderful human being.
