New Generation Moving & Storage says it's been moving Massachusetts families since 2007, when owner Kevin Bradford started the company after years of working in the industry (its own homepage separately claims 2003, so the exact start date is a bit fuzzy). Based in Bridgewater, it says it covers Boston, Brockton, New Bedford, Easton, Raynham and Cape Cod for local, long-distance, and commercial moves, plus packing and climate-controlled storage. The name that keeps coming up this year is Thomas — one July customer called him the main contact before, during and after a move who paid meticulous attention to every detail. Crews built around names like Mike, Ryan, Corey, Matt, and a George/Jason/Josh trio show up again and again this spring, handling everything from a difficult 3-day move to hauling a 3-bedroom apartment's worth of storage-unit contents up to a third-floor walk-up. Even when things got tight — one June customer says just two movers handled more than they'd expected, without complaint — the crews got it done. Not every recent account is glowing: one May reviewer said a sales associate, Thomas Williams, was disrespectful enough that they'd never use the company again — worth noting given how often a different "Thomas" gets singled out for praise elsewhere. Further back, the pattern gets more serious: separate reviews describe a damage claim for broken front stairs that went unanswered after the evidence was discarded, a TV that broke under a paid warranty and took six months of emails to address, and a quote that came in 35% over the original estimate after the move was already done and the movers tipped. For a local or long-distance move where you want a crew that treats your things carefully day to day, the volume of specific, positive reviews here is hard to ignore — but given the damage-claim complaints on record, get the estimate and the insurance or warranty terms in writing before moving day, not after.

We used New Generation Moving Company in May and we had an amazing experience! Thomas is the best! He was my main contact before, during, and after the move and he and his team were highly professional, polite, kind, and meticulously payed attention to every detail imaginable! It was a rather large move and warranted 2 full days as 80% of our home was packed up and going to their storage facility and the remaining items to a temporary apartment. We look forward to when this incredible team moves us from their storage facility and our apartment into our new home late summer 2026. I highly recommend New Generation Moving Company - you will not be disappointed! All employees go above and beyond and their prices are extremely reasonable too!

Would highly recommend!! They were efficient, friendly and super careful with all of our things. I underestimated how much we had and felt awful there were only two of them! But they didn’t complain they were such hard workers and made the experience seamless. Will recommend to anyone moving!

The crew from New Genetation did a fantastic job! They worked efficiently and professionally. The salesman was able to give us a very competitive price as well. I couldn't be happier with their service. I would highly recommend New Generation to anyone looking for a quality I moving company.

Moving is stressful, but this company made an incredibly difficult 3-day move feel manageable from start to finish. Every crew member who came to our home worked hard and treated our belongings with care, but Mike and Ryan truly stood out. Their work ethic was unmatched, and they went above and beyond by staying late on a Friday night to make sure everything was exactly where it needed to be. Their professionalism, positive attitudes, and dedication did not go unnoticed.

A huge thank you also goes to Kurt, who orchestrated the entire move. Coordinating a move of this size over multiple days is no easy task, but Kurt bent over backwards to make everything work smoothly. He was responsive, organized, accommodating, and clearly cared about making this a successful experience for our family.

We are beyond grateful for the effort this team put in and would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for movers who genuinely care, work hard, and deliver exceptional service.
