Straight edges against the house and garage are what one recent customer noticed after New Look repaved an old driveway. Others describe driveway extensions, asphalt repairs, and sealcoating. The Worcester business says it offers paving, hardscaping, and seal-coating within about 50 miles, including towns such as Westborough, Framingham, Fitchburg, and Leicester. It advertises free estimates and describes itself as woman-owned. Google reports a 4.9-star average from 120 ratings. A June 2026 reviewer described working with Bob and his sons, praised the price and schedule, and said they received a four-year warranty with a final top seal coat planned for the following year. Another recent customer said Bob kept them informed and answered questions throughout the driveway project. A May reviewer described an asphalt driveway replacement and expansion in Holden that also included a drain. Some customers describe follow-up work after an initial problem. One recent reviewer said Bob immediately took care of damage that appeared after the driveway job. Another said most work on a small driveway was done in one day, with an asphalt bottom step replaced in concrete; after a short delay, the crew returned to finish details. In a September 2025 Google review, a customer said Randy adjusted newly resurfaced asphalt so the garage door could close. The complaints deserve equal clarity. An August 2025 Angi reviewer said they paid a $1,100 deposit for driveway and walkway repaving, then asked for a city permit because of a gas line beneath the walkway. They reported that the contractor became upset and subsequently disappeared. In an October 2024 Google review, a customer described more than a month of calls and missed start dates after paying a deposit, followed by thin sealcoat coverage, piles of crack-filling material left beneath the sealcoat, and unanswered follow-up calls. A September 2025 Angi customer praised the finished driveway but said the installation date had been pushed back a couple of times. Crews from another company have also been reported. A June 2026 reviewer was happy with repairs and sealcoating performed by Mike and Tarsha from Over The Top Sealcoating after Bob supplied the estimate. The October 2024 complainant likewise said the crew sent to their home was from another company. For hardscaping, a September 2025 Angi reviewer described a retaining wall, backyard grading, and driveway sealcoating.
