In a 2025 Google review, a customer who needed carpets done and ready for move in with 48 hours notice wrote that Next Level "made it happen," and thanked Devon for breaking the process down step by step. A 2025 Google review said Devin and Ashley "Cleaned every nook and craney." A 2025 Google reviewer who had a warranty from the previous house owner wrote that Devin came out and took care of the issue. In a 2024 Google review, a customer who had been sick wrote that Sophia (Maria) came to do a deep cleaning to start the spring season, got every piece of cat hair in the house, and used different cleaning mops for the bathroom and the rest of the house. In that 2024 review, the customer wrote that the house looked and smelled great the next morning. A 2024 Google review said Ashley and her crew were right on time. A 2022 Google review said the company did cleaning and floors at the reviewer's business. In a 2017 Angi review, a customer wrote that Ashley helped with documentation requested by the customer's home owners insurance and mortgage company. In that 2017 review, the customer also wrote of scheduling recurring seasonal cleanings of a tile floor and area and bedroom carpets. A 2017 Angi review said they brought the house and contents back to its previous condition and had been available 24/7, and in a 2017 Angi review, furniture, bedding and clothing were taken to a professional cleaner. A 2024 Google review from a mold-sensitive reviewer was a 1-star account: it said Ashley did an inspection that put a big hole in the bathroom ceiling and pulled out moldy material. In that 2024 review, the writer said Ashley messaged the night before the job that she was not coming, and wrote that one reason given for cancelling was that she underbid the estimate.
