On the Nick the Plumber website, Nick Iacobbo introduces himself and describes a family owned and run company doing plumbing for new construction and rehabs. Its stated service area takes in Cranston, East Providence, Johnston and North Providence, among other towns, and the site advertises 24/7 emergency service. A 2025 Google customer said Nick installed a whole house water filter system, and that there were no more stains in the sinks or showers afterward. A 2024 customer said they responded right away, were at the house within 2 days and gave a quote. That 2024 customer left the exact quoted amount on the table before going to work, then came home to find 500 dollars left behind with a note saying the job wasn't as much as they thought it would be. The 2024 customer called them honest and professional. In a 2023 r/RhodeIsland thread, a commenter told others to look up Nick the Plumber, adding that he's not the cheapest.
