On Angi, a 2025 reviewer said Iraci and her teammate did a deep cleaning in which all the dust and fur from a heavily shedding dog disappeared, and called the prices really good. A 2025 customer who said they had used the service for 15 years said it did routine cleaning plus deep cleaning and windows as needed, and was comfortable with the dogs in the house. In a 2018 Angi review, a customer said Iraci and her partner deep cleaned an entire apartment, helped get everything neat and organized, and would be hired back every month for maintenance cleaning. It carries an A+ grade from the Better Business Bureau.
