Easily the worst & most frustrating renovation i've ever had. Nice guys, but don't know the first thing about communication or proactivity. Received my invoice in January - paid it - window was installed mid-August. I was chasing them down constantly and every call was, "I just got off the phone with... 5 minutes ago" but I never got a call. Would avoid these guys like the plague. That being said, the installer (who they sub out to) is amazing. The work is flawless - but that has very little to do with Nole.
