We hired Nor’East Exteriors to replace our roof and fix a gutter and they did an amazing job. Dave and his team took good care of us every step of the way from initial consultation and booking, to the work, repair and cleanup. The communication was also exceptional, which is not something you easily find with every contractor. Nor’East Exteriors delivered high quality work at a reasonable price and we are very happy with the results. Would highly recommend working with them!
I highly recommend this company from start to finish. When I was initially looking for someone to replace my roof, the first two companies gave me a quote, but only by doing an aerial view of my home. Dave, the owner of Nor’east came out and met with me And I was very impressed with all the information he gave me and the booklets where I was able to choose the color, etc. The quote was very reasonable and they were able to get out within a few weeks. Carly in the office was extremely helpful and called me numerous times to check in and make sure everything was going fine. My roof was just done yesterday and it looks beautiful. Blase, the project manager came by to check on everything and was very helpful and professional. He also came back today and did a walk-through to make sure everything was fine and picked up. The crew worked very hard yesterday and did a beautiful job on my roof and I highly recommend this company.
Really appreciate how Blase took the time to come out do a thorough inspection, then show me photos and explain what he was seeing before sending an estimate. There were no surprises in that estimate, and Dave was there on Day 1 to kick off the project. Incredible customer service, impeccable work, and outstanding follow up by Blase, Dave and Carly. Would recommend them to anyone without reservation.
Nor' East replaced a section of damaged roofing on my house. They did a totally excellent job at a very competitive price. I highly recommend this business.
We had 4 companies come out and evaluate our roof replacement. Dave came by and was the most thorough in his assessment of our roof as well as the detail of what would go into the replacement. Carly from the office was very communicative and easy to work with throughout the process as well! The team was here early the day of replacement and did a high quality job meeting all our expectations. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to have their roof replaced!
