Northeast Forest Services is a Dover, New Hampshire business that describes itself as offering focused tree and woods services for homeowners who want clear advice, careful work, and straightforward pricing. It lists Dover, Somersworth and Rollinsford as its service area, says it has been in business for 4 years, and says it offers free estimates and is insured. A recent customer says Matt trimmed their trees: they arrived right on time, walked the property to confirm the scope of work, and removed the dangerous, dead branches hanging over. That customer says they chipped all the major limbs and raked the yard, and calls the pricing fair, transparent, and highly competitive. In a 2025 review, a customer who requested a quote online wrote that Matt showed up the next day, a Saturday, and gave a quote on the spot, with the work scheduled a few weeks later. In another 2025 review, a customer who had a number of large trees taken down wrote that they needed help bucking up the load and splitting the larger pieces for their splitter, and that Matt worked incredibly hard and finished. In a 2024 review, a customer who had two trees fall on the house during a snowstorm wrote that Matt was quick to come out and put together a thorough plan for taking care of the trees without causing any additional damage to the property. In a 2023 review, a customer wrote that Matt removed the root systems of existing shrubs, picked up and transported new replacement shrubs and planted them.
