Northeast Heat Pumps

Everything was good from the start. The estimate visit was with Cole and he answered all my questions, was very knowledgeable, very upfront about costs and options. The install team of Chris, Noah, Rob, and Cole were very friendly and respectful, left the areas where they worked super clean, and they worked super efficiently. All in all, 5-star service!

Northeast just removed a 12 year old mini-split system from my house and installed a new one. The new one consists of 3 compressors outside and 4 units inside. I could not be happier with the quality of their work, their level of knowledge and their professionalism. Their 5 person team under team leader Chris worked incredibly well together, were very respectful and clearly valued customer satisfaction. I was impressed by the work ethic of each member of the team and would highly recommend Northeast for any work associated with installation or servicing of heat pump systems. One thing I thought was very unusual was that the employee who prepared the estimate (Cole) also participated as a member of the installation team, ensuring that everything we talked about during the initial site visit was executed as we discussed.

It would be impossible to detail the complete extent of my satisfaction with the procurement and installation experience. From start to finish, professional, patient and friendly staff. Very clear on options, pricing and timing. Everything done actually as promised. I couldn't imagine why anyone would consider anyone else. Both heat pumps making a huge difference. Thank you again.

I had an excellent experience with Northeast Heat Pumps. Sales rep was professional and thorough and was able to give me a quote on the spot. Crew was professional, very friendly, answered all my questions and did a great job on the install. Highly recommend working with them.

These good folks recently serviced our heat pumps. It turns out that they installed them for the previous owner of the property. Travis helped us out and he was knowledgeable, pleasant, generally awesome to work with. They have my highest recommendation!
