One customer called NORTHEAST LAWN & SNOW when illness made winter snow removal impossible, then hired Luis again for weeds and overgrowth. In the August 2026 review, the customer said Luis handled snow through the rest of the winter and later cleared the yard in a few hours, including unexpected sidewalk edging. The customer recommended the business for the Hartford and West Hartford area. Google lists 15 ratings averaging 4.7 stars. Other 2026 customers describe lawn care, garden work, leaf removal and seasonal cleanup. An April 2026 reviewer said brush and dead leaves around the house were cleared in one day. An August customer praised a better-looking lawn, dependable arrival times and flexibility. Snow service drew both praise and a specific complaint. January and February 2026 customers described efficient removal, quick responses and being fitted in during a busy storm. But a February 24, 2026 reviewer said a promised cleanup was repeatedly delayed, first until the evening and then until morning after a reported truck breakdown. They said the crew had not arrived by morning, there was no update, and snow on the porch and driveway had partly turned to ice.
This is the best place! He is the friendliest, reasonably priced, and does great work with so much attention to detail. He’s always here when he says he will be, and he’s extremely flexible whenever I need him to be. My lawn has never looked as good 🌿🌳 I can’t wait for the snow to see what he can accomplish because I have that much faith and confidence in his work. Highly recommend! ❄️👏
Hello, I became sick last January, and couldn't remove snow, which was a bigger problem since I have a multifamily home, and need to think about the needs of my tennants. I called many places, and met Luis, who responded to me quickly and took care of all the snow removal. He continued at that for the rest of the winter while I recovered, for which I am very grateful. In the spring, I felt better and began to take care of my lawn by myself, but I soon found myself in a spot. My mower didn't bag, and I was spreading weed seeds around every time I mowed. My time became short with work and other commitments, and I was beginning to despair over the weeds and over growth. Luis came, and for a very reasonable price took care of it all in a few hours. He even edged my Sidewalk, a service that I did not expect. He was very efficient and thorough. Luis' work is excellent, and he responds when i need him. I would recommend Northeast Lawn and Snow to anyonenin the Hartford/West Hartford area Steve
