Eric was very punctual, knowledgeable, friendly and prepared. Came out, and diagnosed within a very reasonable amount of time. Explained and let me listen for myself as to where the leak was in the pool return circuit. Highly recommended.

Eric was fantastic! Braved my cold pool to take care of a few small holes in my vinyl liner. He saved my pool from having a rough winter. Here's to hoping I get another summer or 2 out of it

I highly recommend this company for your pool leak concerns and repairs. Our home came with a pool that had been neglected for about 5 years (as far as we know). The vinyl liner is original and just over 30 years old. I am completely new to pools and learned from Northeast's website that I should not be losing as much water as I was. The information provided on the website is crucial for recognizing if you may have a leak. I recommend checking out their website for information. Originally when I reached out, there were no openings to come and inspect our pool. I received a call the next day with an opening within a week, due to a cancellation. It was almost July, and I was happy to get an appointment. Eric arrived, had great communication and was very professional. His diagnosis was very thorough. He checked all of the pumping and the entire liner. There were 5 tears in the liner and his repairs were included in the price we paid, and performed right then. While this most likely can't be done for every customer, he did not charge us extra for being slightly over his distance requirement (he had another appointment the next town over) and gave us tips and information our pool liner and plumbing. I appreciated the extra customer service we received. I included a photo of Eric repairing an old previously repaired and reopened tear beside our main drain. I will be calling again if we ever have the need.
