A 2019 customer said five large trees were removed from a very tight backyard spot without damage to the shed or house, and the large logs were cut into firewood-length sections. A 2025 customer on HomeAdvisor and Angi said they paid in full before the work was done and that he then refused to complete the work on the contract; that customer said he lied under oath about extra work in small claims court and has not returned the overpayment. A 2022 customer said cleanup after two large trees came down was not as good as hoped, with branches still turning up.
