People who hired them describe the same pattern year after year: the owner comes out, quotes promptly, and the crew shows up when promised. In a March 2024 review, a homeowner who had hired many painters called the process, from quote through scheduling, prep, painting, inspection and follow-up, the best by a wide margin. An August 2024 customer said every appointment was kept and calls were returned promptly; a 2023 customer had a kitchen, great room, bathroom, hallway and all the kitchen cabinets painted and said the cabinets came out like new.
