In a 2022 review, a customer who walked in with two mirrors, one needing a replacement mirror and a decorative frame needing a mirror installed in it, said Northlite gave some options and they were done the same day. In a 2026 review, a customer said her husband dropped off a door to be rescreened and was given the wrong door back, and that the woman who answered his call two days later was short and condescending. In a December 2025 review, a customer said the man in the office wanted nothing to do with two antique pieces that needed glass sections replaced, and they ended up leaving with them. In another 2025 review, a new customer who came in about a broken window said they were quoted a price they called unreasonable.
So unbelievably rude and disrespectful. When my husband dropped off a door to be rescreened, the guy at the computer said excuse me, I'm on my lunch break. ( ok whatever). When he called two days later, to check, the lady who answered was short and condescending. Then....they gave him the wrong door back. This same lady then tried to use diversion tactics, by saying she could have charged my husband more. Ummmm....ok. After he had already paid $131.04. Unbelievable. AS FOR RESPONSE...you are a LIAR. The man sitting at his desk literally said...hold on I just got dealt a card, referring to his computer solitaire game and commented he was on his lunch break. Maybe if he doesnt want to wait on people while on break, someone else should. You in fact were short with my husband on the phone, did in fact give him the wrong door, and did in fact try to divert from your mistake by saying you could have charged more. Just because my husband wasn't rude, doesn't mean he made all this up. You are incredibly, both of you, so unprofessional.
Ordered 6 new window glass units, they arrived within 2 weeks and were installed the same day!! Super fast service and professional installation. He even took the time to show me how to swap out the units myself because I was contemplating that. Ultimately, I paid for him to install so the risk was on him and I got the warranty! Will definately come here again!
Horrible customer service. We went there Saturday, December. 13th and the gentleman with the beard in the office wanted nothing to do with our 2 precious antique scones that we needed some glass sections replaced in one of them. He stressed he knew more than I and he knew it all. Obviously he did not want to do the job. We ended up leaving with the scones.
Walked in the other day as a new customer. Owner dude couldn’t be bothered to look away from his windows card game to look at and talk to me about my broken window. Then quoted an unreasonable price to make me go away. Probably time to retire *** lol this guy. Replies with lies. Probably shouldn’t have your screen facing customers because we’ve all played cards. Granite glass was half your price.
I walked in with two mirrors. The oval mirror needed a replacement mirror. The other decorative frame needed a mirror installed in it. Northlite gave me some options and they were done the same day. They were friendly and helpful. I am very happy with how the mirrors turned out.
