Truly incredibly craftsmanship, with some of the nicest folks around. We got to know them over the course of many years (between the planning and building phases), and they completed a significant conversion of a garage into an ADU, an extension of our main house, and a complete remodel of our kitchen. The level of care and thought was clear from the very beginning, and it shows in the final product. The ADU especially took a lot of creativity with the space, and the whole team brought it to life with so much light, gorgeous details and finishes, and responsiveness to our family's hopes. During the project, the whole team was always kind and thorough. We always knew we were in amazing hands!
Great quality of product and service. In and out, just like that!
We had a great experience with O'Brien Wood & Iron as they helped us remediate our camp that we purchased in Naples; I recommend them without reservation. They reinforced the main carrying beam, adding columns, replaced and leveled a subfloor, poured a concrete floor, and replaced doors. They also rebuilt cabinets and they came out perfect. All of the work was done exactly when and how we discussed, with a high level of quality. We could not have been happier with the work. The next time we need help, they're going to be our first call again.
I had an excellent experience working with the team at O'Brien Wood & Iron. The entire team was kind and courteous, their work was high quality and the project they did looks amazing! I am a happy homeowner, and look forward to working with them again in the future.
From the start we were happy with the crew of O'Brien Wood and Iron. They were professional, responsive to our desires and needs and their workmanship was of the highest quality. They were sensitive to environmental concerns, always did what they said they would and kept us informed. During the pandemic they maintained boundaries and were careful of us and of their crew. We loved working with each of them and miss their energy now the project is complete. The project is better than we even imagined it being. The pandemic put them behind a bit but they were careful to always keep us informed. Price was what we expected. We would highly recommend them!
