Big Green, LLC says on its website that it takes on work "from simple remodels to brand new homes," and that it has been in business 16 years. On Thumbtack it describes itself as a Southern Maine residential remodeling and new construction company. A 2023 Thumbtack customer said Tom cut, hung and adjusted an old door to fit an old house where the door frame was no longer square. The same 2023 customer said he also installed a new faucet and hung other trim in the guest bathroom, for what they called a very reasonable price. A 2023 customer said Tom mounted their TV, and described him as punctual and responsive and as bringing all the required tools. A 2025 Google reviewer called the company kind and personable to work with.
Big Green is really great to work with, they are so kind and personable!
Tom was super helpful with our TV mount! He was punctual, responsive and brought all the required tools. He had our TV mounted in no time and I would definitely hire him again for other house projects!
I had a great experience with Big Green -- excellent communication and the job was done very well. I'm very happy with the work they completed and I'll definitely be reaching out again.
Life saver!!!!! So kind and professional. Had all these cool tools to make sure everything was done to perfection. Thank you
Tom was great! He went above and beyond cutting, hanging and adjusting an old door to fit and work perfectly in an old house where the door frame was no longer square! He even lent me his vacuum when mine broke. He also installed a new faucet and hung other trim in the guest bathroom. All for a very reasonable price. I hope to hire him again if he has time!
