The best in Fairfield county!
Our home is older than the United States and we have been very happy with O’Connell to look after the many chimneys. They were honest about what ones needed work or to be cleaned and which ones we could hold off on. They also did not nickel and dime us for a few minor things or to do a seasonal check in. It is nice to work with a business that still seems to care.
Super fast and dependable service. Very knowledgeable. Grateful they came out to help our family with our fireplace right before a big winter storm. 10/10 would highly recommend.
These guys are really great - they were polite, fast, economical, and super knowledgeable. Just be forewarned, they ONLY accept cash or physical checks, so if you live in 2025, you might want to have it on hand. No venmo, zelle or CCs accepted. They have been very understanding about my hunt for a check...
Excellent service. Prompt, friendly, fair and honest. Will definitely use O'Connell again. Can't recommend them enough.
