O'Gradys Junk Removal LLC

"43 + years of accumulation gone in 4 hrs" is how a May 2026 Google reviewer put it after a cleanout by O'Gradys Junk Removal, a Groton junk hauler holding 5 stars from 611 Google ratings. In September 2026 a customer clearing a basement that had been neglected for 15 years, ahead of selling the house, texted James O'Grady pictures. Within hours James came the same day to assess it, then sent a quote with availability a couple of days out. On the job day the house had showings, people and cars all day, and James worked around them. That same month James and Brian broke down a rusty old tin shed that a wind storm had detached, and another customer texted a picture on a Friday mid-morning and had the project gone Saturday afternoon, after the O'Grady team dismantled a huge sleeper sofa to get it out. In July 2026 they removed a hot tub by cutting it into pieces to haul it away; that customer said the price was significantly lower than two other quotes and that payment was not requested until the job was completely finished. In April 2022 a customer wrote that they safely removed an 8-person tub off a deck in two hours and cleaned up the debris after. In June 2026 James and his team cleared a pile, plus a treadmill and water cooler not in the photos, in less than 20 minutes; that reviewer's advice is to be accurate in your photos and to list special disposables such as household hazardous waste and appliances. Another June 2026 customer forgot to put an item out, and after they left they realized it and came back for it. In March 2026 a customer texted a picture of a mattress, got a quote immediately and was told they could arrive within the hour, with updates on the drive; that reviewer noted they accept online payments or Cash App.
