Josh was a joy to work with on our recent basement project. The transformation was unbelievable. Josh was recommended by a friend who knows area as i do not. I got 3 quotes, R4 renovation, 1 at a lower price, and one at a higher price. He came to the house to meet and go over the windows and listened to what I was looking for. Josh and team completely rebuilt my large back deck and solidified it in a way that makes it stronger than its original build. The look is beautiful and now I can enjoy a late afternoon read on the deck. With built in lights, the deck is relaxing at night. Josh and team are professional, responsive, and sought to match ideas to our wishes. After each workday, we received an update on the work and the workplace was well kept. I'd recommend him to anyone looking for a 40 year deck. I plan to work with R4 again for any thoughtful renovation to our home

Josh is the best contractor we've ever worked with. Our house never fails to make repairs complex, and with each one Josh was able to figure out an elegant solution. He is very communicative, providing updates immediately as plans change, and at the end of each work day he leaves it cleaner than when he started.
