He supposedly was going to service our 2 boilers. Charged us $250 per boiler. Average cleaning time PER oiler should be between 30 to 1.5 hours. He was there for only 10 minutes and did nothing. But because I didn’t know the process until somebody else came out and told me nothing had been done, I couldn’t do anything about being ROBBED by Mike. Avoid this scammer at all costs.
He is a very odd person… likes to complain about everything and thinks everything is a pain.
He gave me a price before hand then charged be $200 more. For one hour and 15 min of work he charged me $700
Mike has been servicing my oil burner for many, many years and he's the best! Very organized in coming each year and thorough with his inspection of the heating system. He has replaced my oil tank as well. I highly recommend Mike at Ocean State Heating Service.
