As a high-volume real estate broker, I have worked with many home inspectors over the years, and Brian Ostlund is among the most knowledgeable I have met. His background in the construction industry gives him a level of practical experience that is difficult to match. I have heard people refer to Brian as “too thorough,” which may be the best complaint a home inspector could receive. I have never once questioned his expertise or integrity. He is also excellent at helping buyers understand the potential repair process for the issues he finds, especially when something may look alarming in a written report but is actually a relatively simple fix. Anyone who would discourage a buyer from using an inspector like Brian would make me question what they are trying to hide. Buyers deserve complete information, and Brian makes sure they get it. I cannot recommend him enough!
