One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning is a heating and cooling company with a 4.1-star rating from 14 ratings on both Angi and HomeAdvisor. On those profiles it describes itself with the line "Always on time or you don't pay a dime." In a 2014 review, a customer described an air conditioner / heat pump install that was done in one day, with plastic sheets spread on the carpeted floors and the area vacuumed after drilling. That 2014 customer said the oil system had not turned on since, with the house heated entirely on the heat pump. A 2012 customer said they put in a heating and cooling unit and serviced it under an annual contract for $7 a month. A 2016 customer said a technician doing oil boiler maintenance noticed something loose on the water heater and made the adjustment. A 2017 customer said they paid about $300 a year for the company to maintain their HVAC units. A 2013 customer said they installed for Home Depot and did the job promptly and cleanly. A 2014 customer said that, over 4 years after a furnace install, annual cleanings kept turning up parts to replace, adding up to "over 2,000 on repairs." That 2014 customer said they were told a heat exchanger needed replacing, and that a different company found nothing wrong with the exchanger. A 2013 customer said they quoted $600 to change a whole circuit board for an HVAC fan, and that a plumber from another company found the fan wire had been moved to continuous mode.
We use them every year. The unit was put in in 1999 when the condo was built by a different company, and is still running efficiently. They have installed a new heating unit though. I have a lot of confidence them. I pay about $300 a year for them to maintain my HVAC units.
Perfect. Brendon did it for me a day earlier than planned. He was most accomodating. Had worked on previous occasions with him.
We used them many times and they are excellent. They are very polite. They are wonderful.
My technician went above & beyond the oil boiler maintenance. He noticed something loose on the water heater and made the adjustment. Wonderful service!
