Overhead door the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. No calls back, waited months for quotes and had to chase them, and no one was helpful. Worse garage door service there is. Go to Precision, responsive, fair, organized, and polite.
I’ve worked with this company for years and as much as their techs are good, their sales rep is slow, and their admin that work with them ignore emails and details. I’ve had enough. Going elsewhere.

I called overhead door after experiencing an issue with my garage door for six years since I bought my home. Four or five out of 10 times I tried to close it. It wouldn’t close. I would always try to close out the app, delete it and reinstall and even plug and unplug the actual unit. I tried on several occasions to realign the sensors to no avail. One call to overhead door and they were able to come out almost immediately. Scott was unbelievably helpful and very knowledgeable about the system installed in my garage. In just a little over an hour, he had swapped out faulty wires, installed new sensors and reset the speed on the door. The operation of the garage door is flawless now and I couldn’t be happier with the result as well as the reasonable price. I highly recommend overhead door.
