Extremely disappointed in customer service. Kolten made appt.to discuss the job that was done in our flower beds, he knew we were not happy. His boss, Eric, told him I was picky! I didn’t know my opinion was a nuisance for them, even when we paid the ridiculous price. He never showed up and has ignored the four calls I made to their office, asking him to call me. We have paid the overpriced bill so guess they don’t care about our issues now that they have their money. We will never recommend this company. I could explain their poor design plan for flower beds and the inferior plants that were used but not worth my time. If you want reasonable, beautiful plants with excellent customer service, go to Frizz farm in Merrimack.

I contracted with P&L to install a new irrigation system in my front/back yard and resod the front. From the initial consultation with Eric through the actual work with Hayden and his crew, P&L provided excellent communication and professionalism and top notch customer satisfaction. Hayden and his crew paid close attention to detail, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. His commitment to quality and customer satisfaction was evident throughout the job. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, top-notch service

The only reason I’m giving a two star is they were polite and delivered when they said. I install pools for a living, I didn’t think I’d have my dump trailer handy so I called and ordered fine mason sand, and said it was for under a pool. The customer put down a tarp, sand was delivered, and as soon as I got to the job I found the most course unusable sand, almost like there was rock salt mixed in. Luckily for me I had my dump trailer after all so I went and found the sand I needed. I called and told them the situation, I was told I will not be refunded, I got what I ordered. And I was told other pool guys use it! I informed them the other pool guys must be idiots. They abandoned the pile of rock salt mixed sand and are refusing to refund me. I tried to explain there is no reason for me not to use it other than the fact it is not suitable. Why would I go get other sand and wheel barrel around thrir pile if I could use it. I’m pretty sure my credit card company will make me whole, credit protection and all. But BUYER BEWARE- if you don’t get what you asked for, they will tell you you did and try to leave you hanging. Almost 40 years building pools and never ran into a more ignorant company. Here’s the catch, the girl who took the order, said she was new, filling in for someone with big shoes. So clearly she didn’t understand what I needed. But for the owner to double down on her mistake is ignorant.

Hayden and his crew were excellent. Throughout the process they were communicative and professional and the project (strip and reapply loam and irrigation/hydroseed) came out spectacular. I would highly recommend P&L for any landscape/hardscape project you are considering!
