Pacheco’s Junk Removal and Services

I came across this company during a real estate transaction. I had 3 different quotes and Ivan was most competitive, prompt and efficient. Since, I have been using his services and recommending him to other clients. His services and communication are top of the line.

With less than 24 hours notice, Ivan and team helped me secure a 15-yard dumpster and have it delivered to my yard. In the driving rain the team moved all items I requested out of five locations inside and outside of my home and filled the 15 yard dumpster. Later that day the dumpster was hauled away. Within a 30-hour span, that covered initial contact to final payment, it was done. Outstanding! Highly recommend!

Ivan was responsive and easy to work with! He has excellent communication skills and made my clean out quick and easy! He was also extremely professional and made sure the clean out was done to my satisfaction! Words cannot express how thankful I am that I chose this company to work with!

Terrific place to get rid of your junk removal, I called and within 5 minutes he called me back and within 12 hours my stuff was gone, very nice and very professional would definitely use him again. Also terrific price. Always do business with someone that has a license. They know where to bring the stuff without illegal dumping in someone's woods.

Ivan and Nelson were great. Available super fast. They hauled a huge treadmill and elliptical from my basement. Took about an hour. Very reasonable prices. I’ll be using them again for future projects. Highly recommended.
