We had our roof replaced by Nex Gen and had a great experience from start to finish! Mitch was the first person we met with and he was fantastic—friendly, knowledgeable, and great about keeping us informed throughout the whole process. Of course, our roof decided to throw in a little surprise: mold hiding underneath the shingles 😬But the Nex Gen team discovered it, explained what was going on, and took care of it. The communication was excellent, the whole process went smoothly, and our new roof looks great. We couldn’t be happier with Nex Gen and would absolutely recommend them!

The process from initial visit with Matt through roof installation on the house and shed with project manager Seth was exceptional. The roofing team were fantastic. The team took great care to protect our property (including the active robin nest in a bush) from any kind of damage during the stripping process. They kept me informed throughout the process.
