Roy was here to switch my house from one well to another well on the property. He took a grate of copper tubing that was on the property as well as the submersible pump in the yard. Without asking! While he was here he made many comments about my soon to be ex husband’s belongings on the property. When I confronted him about the missing items he said he was going to write me off. About a week later his wife Anna started contacting me stating she had a hand in the business. She was going to have him look for the items at hand. Well the items didn’t turn up. Then I receive a certified letter in the mail from his wife Evelyn? How many wives does he have? My water for my house just isn’t working right and I decide to go pull the pump out of the old well and it’s GONE. Let alone the pipe that is leaking in the basement. I called left him a message. I am waiting for a response. Good chance I will be in court with this issue. Oh he quoted me $600-$800 and the price increased to $1200 and he took everything with him!

Roy did all of the plumbing when I built a house in Maine. He was dependable, did a professional job, and thought ahead about everything. . He represents excellent products. You couldn’t ask for a better plumber.
