Large tree removals feature in Palmer Tree Service’s customer accounts, including a June 2026 Google review describing the removal of 21 trees. That customer praised the crew’s speed and efficiency. The Framingham company says it has more than 19 years of professional tree-management experience and serves homes and businesses within about 50 miles. Its website advertises free estimates, insurance and 24/7 emergency service. A separate June 2026 Google customer described several large dead trees and a massive tree leaning over the house on a property with limited access. The customer said Gustavo and his crew cleared the trees and took great care not to damage anything. An August 2026 customer, returning for a second experience with the company, said trees were removed five days after the evaluation. They described an on-time crew that was careful with existing plants and efficiently removed trees, leaves and fallen fruit. Another August reviewer said the company removed multiple trees, was competitively priced and cleaned up afterward. Older customers also describe pruning and removals around buildings. In a September 2025 Google review, a customer said Palmer removed trees that were bent over, close to buildings or partly dead, and that they subsequently hired the company again to level their backyard. The customer praised care around trees, fences and buildings, arrival as promised, competitive quotes and keeping to the budget. An April 2025 Angi reviewer said Gustavo and Palmer trimmed large backyard trees, leaving the space more open while retaining shade, and removed the debris. An April 2024 Angi customer described a huge hemlock being removed and two mature trees thinned where heavy-equipment access was difficult. They said much of the work was done by hand and that the crew cleared away logs and sawdust afterward. Palmer’s BBB profile lists tree removal, pruning, stump grinding, lot clearing and clean-up services; its BBB grade is A+. Cleanup has also drawn a specific complaint. A November 2025 Angi customer said Palmer removed the trees as discussed but left debris, performed messy yard work and caused significant damage to lawn areas.
