Pardini Driveways is a tear-out-and-repave outfit — reviewers from 2022 through 2026 describe the old driveway coming up and a new one going down. An April 2026 customer who gathered three quotes took Pardini's and called the crew professional and diligent. The company is based in Seekonk and works across Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Connecticut. Its own site claims decades in the industry without naming a founding year, and lists light excavation, landscaping, hardscaping, retaining walls and snow plowing alongside the paving. Water is where the crew's work shows. In October 2025, a homeowner with a sinkhole in the driveway said Pardini rebuilt the subgrade and the drainage trouble went with it. A July 2024 customer wrote that water flows perfectly on the new driveway, and that the one Pardini laid at their previous house 12 years earlier still looked new. In May 2023, a repeat customer said Joe found the cause of a recurring drainage problem and corrected it at no extra charge; another May 2023 job took extra steps because the ground was clay and wet, and an October 2022 review describes an underground drain run down from the gutter to keep rainwater off the house. Speed and price come up often. A June 2023 customer had the old driveway out on Monday and the new one down on Tuesday, with the crew working ten hours straight both days. Homeowners who collected three, four and five competing bids — in April 2026, April 2025 and July 2022 — each went with Pardini's number. Five reviewers writing between 2022 and 2025 mention the crew cleaning up after itself. The work is not all residential: a January 2023 Angi reviewer who runs a construction company said Pardini had paved a cul-de-sac road and six of its eight driveways so far, and an August 2024 customer was on a fourth job — a full repave of a large old home driveway, new paving over a gravel drive at their business, and sealcoat twice. Google's average sits at 4.3 across 71 ratings, and its BBB page carries an A+ grade. The low-star reviews share a subject: what happens after the trucks leave. An August 2022 customer said a driveway dug out and replaced started cracking and sinking within a year and a half, and that repeated calls brought promises rather than a visit. A 1★ review from October 2025 says a driveway extension built in 2018 barely lasted. Another October 2025 reviewer, resurfaced in late August 2024, reported crew damage to garage siding that was settled with Joe, then cracks in April 2025 and a repair commitment with no date attached. A September 2025 customer described someone showing up one day and disappearing for three weeks, with calls unreturned, and in August 2026 a customer happy with the work itself said two emails went unanswered. On BBB, a reviewer says Pardini does not stand behind his work and that there is a defect in their driveway. Two reviewers, in September 2022 and February 2023, called the owner rude and disrespectful, and the September 2022 one said the crew left tire marks on the street. For a straight driveway replacement where price and drainage decide it, Pardini is a credible call. Get the warranty in writing — a named term and a repair window with dates — and agree up front how damage to siding, lawn or street gets settled before the first truck arrives.
