Pavers, cobblestone, and foundation work feature in customer accounts of Silva and Sons Construction Co. In a January 2026 Google review, the Blackmar family described work on their patio, walkway, and driveway, praising the crew’s attention to detail and daily cleanup. A customer writing in September 2025 said Bobby Silva completed foundation work that August and praised both the work and pricing. The company’s website describes residential and commercial work in concrete, asphalt, masonry, site preparation, drainage, underground utilities, and foundations. It says the business has been family-owned since 1968 and was founded by the owners’ grandfather. BBB gives it an A+ grade and lists it as non-accredited. The history descriptions differ: BBB lists 21 years in business, while the company’s website claims a 1968 founding. Drainage and drywall jobs also appear in dated customer accounts. A February 2025 Google reviewer said Silva and Sons installed a French drain system and reported no more basement flooding. In a January 2026 review, a condo-complex customer described Bobby and his team installing custom drywall on short notice after flooding issues in 2023, at a price the customer considered reasonable. That reviewer said the complex continued using Silva and Sons for other work.
