Pastre Property Care LLC says it has provided landscaping and gardening services to Northwestern Connecticut since 2012, starting as a small family owned company called "Little Falcon Property Services" in honor of the family's son Chayton. A 2024 customer wrote, "My husband and I have used him and his team for 2 years as gardeners for roughly 5 acres of our property," listing weeding, mowing, mulching, dead heading, aerating, deer spraying, pruning, trimming and snow plowing among the jobs. A 2026 customer said their long, steep driveway was iced over, and that James came and sanded it right away after they emailed him. A 2026 reviewer said James made time to come by and help during a snowstorm that winter even though he was clearly swamped, and that he was honest about timing. A 2026 customer said James took over plowing for them in the winter in Cornwall Bridge. A 2026 reviewer said Jaime was responsive and showed up when he said he would. A 2022 customer said the workers arrived in a timely manner and left the property quite tidy.
James at Pastre Property Care was incredibly helpful during a snowstorm this winter. Even though he was clearly swamped, he still made the time to come by and help us out. He was responsive, honest about timing, and did exactly what we needed to get in and out safely. What really stood out was how kind and neighborly he was throughout the whole process. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and cares about his customers. Highly recommend Pastre Property Care.
James and crew are always incredibly attentive and responsive whenever any plowing/snow removal is needed. Highly recommend!
We cannot say enough wonderful things about Jaime and his company, Pastre Property Care LLC. From the beginning, Jaime was incredibly responsive, professional and knowledgeable. What stood out most was his trustworthiness and kindness. Jaime shows up when he says he will, communicates clearly, and takes genuine pride in his work. He helped us out tremendously during a stressful time. The quality of his work exceeded our expectations. It is rare to find someone who combines skills, integrity, and heart the way Jaime does. We are grateful and highly recommend Jaime and Pastre Property Care LLC.
We have had a wonderful experience with James since he took over plowing for us in the winter in Cornwall Bridge. We would highly recommend him!
Pastre property care is amazing! My super long and steep driveway was completely iced over and I could not find anyone to sand it for me. Someone recommended James at Pastre Property Care so I emailed him and he came and sanded my driveway right away and did a really great job. I highly recommended!
