That customer said Jack kept them updated throughout the process and was easy to get in touch with, called Juan and the crew friendly and professional, and thought the pricing was very fair. They also mentioned a couple of scheduling hiccups. A customer of Patch Master of RI said Juan cut out and replaced stained sheet rock sections from a leaky pipe in their kitchen and then painted over the kitchen ceiling, and that they asked him to return in a few weeks to skim coat and paint their bathroom walls and ceiling.
