Patriot Paving

Patriot Paving, which customers call Patriots Paving and Masonry, does far more than paving: its reviews describe chimney rebuilds, foundation and basement waterproofing, steps, walkways, patios, and even roofs. Google shows 4.4 stars from 41 ratings, with written reviews from 2024 to 2026. Many customers are pleased with the work itself. A December 2024 reviewer described weeks of brick and paver work on a Back Bay home, and an August 2025 customer said the crew laid pea stone and pavers, secured part of the foundation with steel rods and concrete, and extended a drain pipe. A February 2024 reviewer with a 108-year-old house said the job was on time and on budget. The recurring complaint is a job that grows once work starts. In April 2025, a customer quoted $850 for a chimney liner said they were told the chimney needed fixing instead and paid $6,500, with a promised return visit for the cap and warranty. A November 2024 reviewer said a $12,700 chimney rebuild grew to include the chimney below the roofline, a new roof and sheathing, that falling debris damaged their AC condensers, and that a broken-down truck blocked their driveway for almost 48 hours. A December 2025 reviewer said a stair repair turned into an urgent foundation job that began falling apart within a week, and a May 2024 customer also saw the cost rise after work began. In March 2026, a reviewer wrote that they won a $75,000 settlement through a judge that has not been paid.
