Professional, courteous and detailed oriented.
I would not use this company. They lost 1 of my items and didn't replace it. I paid to have my furniture picked up and stored. They also showed up with the furniture when the room wasn't even completed.
Quacian was very prompt , thorough and very professional. I’m just at the beginning of dealing with a flood in my basement and so far I am very impressed. I’ll update when the job is finished.
Q (Quacian) has been helping to remediate issues with related to moisture and potentially mold. This is stemming from our dishwasher. Overall, Paul Davis has been great and responsiveness in helping us figure things out. I spoke with them on Wednesday afternoon and they had Q at our place on Thursday morning. He was thorough, professional, and clean in managing our space. Great communication on his process, updates and considerations for next steps. TY!
My experience with Paul Davis have been horrible. I had a tree hit my home and the tree came through the living room and the deck. 2 years to finish work, their interpretation of finishing. Dumpster left at filled at my home for 2 years. Didn’t follow what was contracted to them. They were supposed to change all of the siding across the patio exterior wall that was just patched in. They subcontracted a roof that wasn’t installed properly the roof is 2 years old it leaked during last year snowstorm. The insurance company that recommended Paul Davis Systems sent out an inspector, the inspectors report stated that the roof was improperly installed. After 2 years with a 40 year architectural shingle the roof is already lifting in certain areas along with leaking. The job was supposed to be a complete tear off, Paul Davis Systems did not change flashing around the chimney they cut it and reinstalled the old exposing an entry point for water. At this point I’m doubtful that they even used ice shield. They don’t stand behind their work, they will not answer the phone. I’ve made several calls to their corporate office and yet to receive a call back. This is the major issue but with everything that was supposed to be done they cut corners and unfortunately it has to be redone. I’m currently speaking with an attorney to taking them to court. Do not use them they are totally unreliable and the people they hire as project managers have little to no experience.
