Fifty-six permits in all, six of them in the past three years, with Charles E Oriordan listed alongside him. Nobody has written a review of the business anywhere that surfaced, so there is nothing here on estimating, scheduling or how a job runs day to day. The paperwork needs a direct question or two. BuildZoom lists a Massachusetts construction supervisor licence, CS-050422, and an electrician licence, #17217, that it has not itself verified; it also shows a Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration, #118917, as inactive and describes it as having been cancelled at some point. Separately, the Better Business Bureau carries a profile for O'Riordan Construction-Roofing at 53 Butler Ave with a different phone number, listing Paul O'Riordan as manager and roofing as the trade. Worth a call for a large renovation on the North Shore or in Brookline, or for temporary event power. Ask which entity you would actually be contracting with, get the current licence and registration numbers in writing, and check them with the Commonwealth before you sign.
