Paul's Quality Kitchens

Paul's Quality Kitchens is a family-owned kitchen and bathroom design business in Fall River, Massachusetts, selling custom cabinetry and coordinating installation for kitchen remodels, bathroom remodels, and new home construction. The company opened in 1992 and describes itself as family owned and operated, serving Southeastern Massachusetts and Rhode Island. The written record is unusually deep and consistent: 27 reviews dating from 2015 through 2026, every one of them five stars. Reviewers overwhelmingly credit a specific person, Rick, for guiding the design process — recent accounts describe him working on vacation to send drawings, providing multiple design options on a tight three-month deadline, and following up after installation to make sure everything went as planned. A 2026 review described a kitchen and bathroom cabinetry project and called the experience trustworthy from start to finish; another recent review noted a remodel that stretched over a year, handled with patience and clear communication throughout. Paul's Quality Kitchens is not a BBB accredited business and carries no BBB letter grade, though BBB does record 34 years in business. Google shows a 5.0 average from 40 ratings and Porch shows 4.8 from 18 ratings. Worth noting: BBB's file names Paul Gagne as the business's owner, while recent customer reviews consistently describe Rick as the current owner — likely a change in ownership that BBB's record hasn't caught up with, worth a quick confirmation when reaching out. For a Fall River-area homeowner planning a kitchen or bathroom remodel, this is a shop with an unusually long and consistent track record of satisfied customers — worth a visit to the Pelham Street showroom to see the cabinet lines and get a design consultation.
