Paving

Just wondering if you're coming back to fill in the asphalt behind my garage as promised? I will gladly pay you to do this service even though you offered it for free. I've been getting lots of compliments on the driveway and asking me who did the job, I always refer them to elite paving. Excellent work driveway looks great but they promised to come back and finish a small area behind my garage, 3 different representatives promised it would be taken care at no extra charge, (note: it was not in the original contract) but it never got finished, I'm still waiting. let's just say they nailed the job. Well done fellas. I definitely would hire them again.

Hired him to do a driveway on the west coast. Turns out he’s an east coast scammer with a proven background, look up his past , it’s verY SAD. Turns out he’s still up to no good on the west coast. He will Flip flop on the price and increased it nearly X4, Going from nearly $5k to nearly $18k but he already started the driveway before proposing the 18 so it’s almost like he tried to get you in a partially completed situation and force you into the new remaining large total or he’ll demand original contract total and leave you with 1/4 finished driveway -$4k and in a situation where you’ll have to find another contractor which will probably just want to undo what mark did. im about to make a formal complaint with the state as the job still isn’t done 6 months later and he’s demanding money upfront even though contract says money once completed and satisfactory. I recorded all conversations with mark and have good evidence of legalities, I recommend if you use him you do the same in order to protect yourself. Never finished the job but the work he did do sucks, and I don’t want him back unless he wants to throw down. The asphalt is flakier than some French bread, consistently ending up in the street line. No borders set up around bushes or property line so the asphalt continuously crumbles like some fine Mexican queso into the planters. He raised the asphalt level by +6 inches in some spots for some reason ,causing Unlevel surfaces everywhere. The edges where it meets the wall have a Grand Canyon style gap for moisture to penetrate and for weeds to grow, maybe I’ll start flowers there.. paved over my water main cut off valve, so now if there’s an emergency it’ll be a chaos show. It appears he used a bunch of left over material , none of the driveway has any consistency in gravel size. Paved around things that should have been moved leaving unpaved spots of driveway once object dislodged. Left a TON of asphalt chunks everywhere after each visit for me to clean in the property , on the street , even in my neighbors driveway somehow !!! I can go on and on but seriously I recommend not using mark young, actually stay away from him and his crew. Especially if you are a senior, please please stay away unless you have/are a youngster willing to throw down like me because he does act tough in order to extort, his tough guy act was a moot point with me as I am a wild child willing to escalate it and take the gloves off. But if you are a senior what will you do??He’s not a good guy at all and his business ethics suck, he does appear very professional but rest assured that’s all that is professional seeming about him.

They were quick- got the job done within a matter of hours. They were professional and nice. Their price was fair, and we will definitely be calling them again for other areas of our yard.
