PCInspections is a home inspection business, and its website puts one name forward: it says Paul will use his expertise and experience to give thorough and objective information on a prospective home. A 2023 customer said Paul knew how their rather old heating system worked, used a drone to go over the roof, and delivered a report of about 30 pages with photos and recommendations within 4 hours. A 2023 homebuyer wrote that Paul crawled into a small, hot and humid attic space to check the roof, insulation and ventilation, checked everything a third time after the seller completed some updates, and sent a report of more than 40 pages with pictures by the end of the day. A 2023 buyer of a new home said he sent a drone up to look at the roof and that the final report ran 54 pages. A 2024 customer said Paul responded to their inquiry promptly and set up an appointment in a timely manner.
Paul is absolutely amazing and I would recommend him over and over again. He is easy to communicate with, quick to respond, and sends you all the inspection reports in a very timely manner. Feel free to ask him any questions, even if you may feel embarrassed. He never makes you feel uncomfortable and is always respectful and informative when responding to ANY question. Thanks so much for making our home-buying process easier, Paul!
Paul is phenomenal to work with and I would recommend his services in a heartbeat! Paul was informative and shared information clearly both during his inspection and in his written report. He has a positive and friendly demeanor that is enjoyable to work with and I appreciate his kindness towards my little in the house. He was thorough in his inspection and was very straightforward. Thank you for all your help, Paul!
Paul was excellent. He responded to our inquiry promptly and set up an appointment in a very timely manner. His inspection was thorough and his report was extremely detailed. We felt very confident in his assessment of our home and would highly recommend him!
We recently bought a home and had Paul inspect the property. I was so impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. He knew all about how our specific heating system worked which was rather old. He even impressed another contractor I was working with to get estimates on possible electrical improvements. Paul gave us a thorough report within 4 hours which was about 30 pages and included photos, recommendations and specifics I would never have thought about. He used a drone to go over our roof with a fine tooth comb and included pictures in the report to show us what he found. Paul gave us the reassurnace that the property we were interested in purchasing was a good investment. He also pointed out areas where we needed further information which also proved to be extremely helpful. Now as a new home owner, I can verify that Paul's assessments were correct. I highly recommend him to inspect your potential new property. Paul will tell it like it is and answer all questions explaining everything in plain English without the technical jargon. He gives you a sense that you can trust him when you first meet him. I'll always recommend Paul for all my friends when they are looking for a new home.
Working with Paul has been a pleasure and such a relief. After attending friends’ and family members’ inspections, I was so worried about the inspector I’d end up working with for my own home. Paul is exceptionally thorough. He will check everything that needs checking, and often will check twice. As the homebuyer, he proved to be very much on my side. He checks the nooks, the crannies, the cracks, and of course all outlets. He crawled into the smallest, hot and humid attic space to make sure all was well with the roof, insulation and ventilation. After checking everything twice, he offered to (and did) check everything a third time after the seller completed some updates. As he went through the inspection, he gave me advice on how to fix and mitigate all the things we found, even the little things (like, how to find all the nails left over in the yard after construction; how to mitigate a vent with a missing knob). He checked and double-checked what appeared to have been a little defect in the newly-shingled roof, then explained how he would have completed that work but assured me that the defect wouldn’t cause much trouble in the future. He knows building code extremely well and was able to point to certain things that should be mitigated because they were code violations. At the end of the inspection, he gave me a folder that he meticulously put together with home maintenance advice, and by the end of the day, he sent me a more than 40-page report with pictures and very clear explanations. (He also sent me an updated report after his third run through the house.) A friend of mine, who I invited to the inspection as she worked in construction out of college and studied plumbing for over a year in vocational school, was impressed. You cannot go wrong working with Paul. I sincerely hope to work with him again soon.
