Renovee Home Inspections has a 4.9-star Google average from 54 ratings, alongside sharply different dated accounts of inspection thoroughness. A February 2023 customer alleged that the inspection missed a cracked foundation and mold, and said those findings could have changed the house-purchase decision. A September 2022 reviewer praised Lukasz for noting small issues, explaining findings verbally and in writing, and being available for follow-up. A November 2021 reviewer likewise praised a thorough report, answered questions, timely service, and a fair price. BBB gives the business an A+ grade.
In his inspection many things were missed. Cracked foundation, mold an many more. Probably wouldn't buy house if this inspection was done properly. Just getting info what I can do now. Will not let this go. AVOID.
Lukasz is a true professional. He is very thorough in the inspection process. He takes the time to inspect and note even the small issues. He communicates his findings both verbally and in writing, and he is available for follow up as needed. I would not hesitate to recommend him for any house inspection.
Professional and timely. Answered all of my questions and recieved a very thorough report for a fair price!
