As a local Realtor I am currently assisting a seller client with the sale of their condominium which is managed by Peacock Properties. In dealing with their office over the course of this transaction I've been impressed with their responsiveness...That alone is worthy of a good review. However, just yesterday it became necessary to quickly update a 6D form to complete the sale of this unit...the update was due to an unexpected change in the closing date on our end...but Peacock employee, Sarah T, went the extra mile by advising me on the best course to take and even went out of her way to get the document notarized while I waited comfortably in their office for just a few extra minutes. To say the least, I'm grateful because Sarah (and Peacock Properties) allowed me to serve my clients needs by understanding that time is always of the essence...Thank you to Sarah and to Peacock Properties. Hope to be fortunate enough to assist more sellers in the future whose HOA's are managed by Peacock

I am very impressed with Jose Vasquerano as he did an excellent job communicating with me and the board, assessing my ceiling water damage, and ultimately scheduling skilled excellent painters to do both the repair work as well as completing the entire ceiling paint job in a timely manner. I highly recommend Jose, believe he is a great asset in his role at Peacock Properties, and would not hesitate to work with him in the future. Thank you!
